Mission Statement:
The mission of the Wyoming County Mental Health Clinic is to provide comprehensive, accessible, culturally competent outpatient mental health services which will assist clients in recovering from mental illness and in achieving the highest possible level of functioning and independence.

Intake appointments are scheduled through the main office number. An Intake Worker will ask about reasons for the referral and get some basic information. A detailed information-gathering packet will be sent to clients for completion prior to the first appointment. Appointments are generally offered within ten working days, or sooner if the need is urgent.

The clinic is a mental health provider for most local insurance companies, including Medicaid, Medicare, Community Blue, Blue Choice, Value Options and others. Most mental health insurance plans cover 50% of the cost of care.
